We have just gotten word that they accepted our offer on the FIXER upper we want to buy! We should be closing in about a week. The house is completely gutted! This should be fun! I will post TONS of before and after photos!
I helped my cousins with a victorian that was gutted. It was hard work. The hard thing was that they lived in it. But when they were finished with a room, they were AWESOME! I can't wait for the pics.
