Ice Cube Trays - Not only for Ice Cubes


Clever Ideas for Ice Cube Trays...


Food & Drink
1. Sauce's or Tomato Paste
2. Soup Stock, Soups, Stews, Broths
3. Left over Coffee
4. Left over Gravy
5. Fresh Herbs
6. Baby Food
7. Eggs (whites or scrambled)
8. Leftover Wine or cocktails
9. Fresh Juice
10. Batter (pancake, muffin)
11. Diced veggies - for cooking, or sautee's
12. Applesauce

*Store frozen cubes in plastic Ziploc bags to save on money and space.

Crafting/Hobbies/Misc.
1. Scrapbooking embellishments (brads, tacks, grommets, ect.)
2. Soap Mold
3. Wax Mold (small votives, leftover wax, melting in your wax melting candles - tart burner)
4. Candy Mold
5. Drawer divider (thumb tacks, paperclips, rubberbands, ect.)
6. Nuts and Bolts
7. Painters Pallette
8. Sewing items (buttons, needles, pins)
9. Plant Seedlings
10. Beads (jewelery making)

Thanks for all the ideas. I never thought of using them to store small items in a drawer. I have tons of beads I could use that for.

Those are some cool tips on how we can make use of our ice trays more. I especially love the crafting/hobbies uses. I think pieces of little candies and chocolates can also be placed there.
